1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the mulia88 website accessible at mulia88.one and all services offered under it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User for the purpose of using the Platform's services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total real money held in a User's account, excluding any bonus still in the wagering process.
• "Bonus" means any additional credit or incentive given by the Platform to a User subject to specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a User must wager the bonus amount before withdrawal of related bonus winnings is permitted.

2 Acceptance of Terms

Use of the mulia88 Platform, whether through a web browser or any mobile device, constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions contained in this document and related documents such as the Privacy Policy and game rules.

If a User does not agree with any part of these terms, the User is asked not to continue using the Platform and may contact customer support to close their account.

3 Account Eligibility and Registration

To register an account on mulia88, Users must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be prohibited by law or regulation in the User's jurisdiction from participating in online gambling activities.
• Register only one (1) personal account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Provide true, accurate and complete personal information during registration, including full name, date of birth, mobile phone number and an active email address.
• Not register on behalf of any third party.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

All financial transactions on the mulia88 Platform are subject to the following policies:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50, regardless of the payment method selected.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50.
• Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 10 to 45 minutes depending on the method selected and internal verification process.
• Users must ensure that the registered payment account details belong to themselves. mulia88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

mulia88 reserves the right to delay or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a violation of platform terms. Any funds that have been deposited cannot be transferred to another user.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

mulia88 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific conditions stated alongside each promotion.

Regarding the Welcome Bonus, the following terms must be observed:

• The Welcome Bonus is worth 120% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM300.
• The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawal of any bonus-related winnings is permitted.
• Calculation example: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM120, giving a balance of RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM120 × 15 = RM1,800. A deposit of RM600 generates a bonus of RM300, giving a balance of RM900, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.
• This bonus may only be claimed once by each new User.
• mulia88 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules

The mulia88 Platform provides various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, badminton betting and esports betting. Each game category has specific rules that Users must follow.

• Results of completed games are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error has been confirmed by mulia88.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, mulia88 reserves the right to cancel or replay the session at the platform's discretion.
• Odds values for sports betting may change at any time before an event begins. Bets that have been confirmed will not be affected by subsequent odds changes.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their bets are correct before confirming them. mulia88 is not responsible for betting errors made by Users.

7 User Responsibilities

Every mulia88 platform User is fully responsible for their own actions while using the services provided. The User's main responsibilities include the following:

• Keeping login information confidential, including username and password. Not sharing this information with any other party.
• Ensuring the account is used for personal entertainment purposes only and not for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the User's place of residence regarding online gambling activities.
• Promptly reporting any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to their account to mulia88 customer support.
• Ensuring that personal information in the account is always accurate and up to date.

The User acknowledges that gambling carries financial risk and agrees that mulia88 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of this platform.

8 Usage Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited on the mulia88 platform:

• Use of VPNs, proxies, or other methods to conceal actual location for the purpose of bypassing geographical restrictions.

• Collaborating with other users to transfer value between accounts without authorisation.
• Systematically placing opposing bets (arbitrage) to exploit differences in odds.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

By accepting these terms, the User agrees that mulia88 may use the personal information provided for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification.
